Coaches Information - Criminal Record Check

National Sport body requires coaches for all sports complete a Criminal Record Check (CRC).  Also we can't get insurance for coaches that have not completed the CRC.    

If you already have one from  2021, 2022 or 2023 atttach a scanned copy or picture during  registration or send it to skybasketball@sasktel.net.  If you sent a CRC for these years to SKYbasketball already it should be on file.  

If you don't have it now leave the CRC blank on the registration and you will be sent the letter that you will need for the CRC.   When you receive it just email a scanned copy or picture to skybasketball.ca. 

Exceptions:
  -  Coaches under 18 do not require Criminal Record Checks
  -  Teachers have CRC through their school on the registration form there is a place to provide the school that you teach at.  
  -  Law enforcement already have CRC on the registration form there is a place to provide the organization.
